I am the greatgrandson of Jay Guy Cisco. I have the information you provide. I have information that he was from the Biddison Family which states that William E.Biddison became Jay Guy Cisco. Do you have any information concerning this. Also I have not been able to determine his father and mother. His death certificates states unkwn. I will be grateful for your help.
